"How do I stop my negative thoughts?" - is a question that I have been

asked many times. If you have ever asked this question then you will

feel such enormous relief in knowing the answer, because it is so simple.

How do you stop negative thoughts? You plant good thoughts!

When you try to stop negative thoughts, you are focusing on what you

don't want - negative thoughts - and you will attract an abundance of

them. They can never disappear if you are focused on them. The "stop"

part is irrelevant - the negative thoughts are your focus. It doesn't

matter if you are trying to stop negative thoughts or control them or push

them away, the result is the same. Your focus is on negative thoughts,

and by the law of attraction you are inviting more of them to you.

The truth is always simple and it is always easy. To stop negative

thoughts, just plant good thoughts! Deliberately plant good thoughts!

You plant good thoughts by making it a daily practice to appreciate all

the things in your day. Appreciate your health, your car, your home, your

family, your job, your friends, your surroundings, your meals, your pets,

and the magnificent beauty of the day. Compliment, praise, and give

thanks to all things. Every time you say "Thank you" it is a good

thought! As you plant more and more good thoughts, the negative

thoughts will be wiped out. Why? Because your focus is on good

thoughts, and what you focus on you attract.

So don't give any attention to negative thoughts. Don't worry about

them. If any come, make light of them, shrug them off, and let them be

your reminder to deliberately think more good thoughts now.

The more good thoughts you can plant in a day, the faster your life will

be utterly transformed into all good. If you spend only one day speaking

of good things and saying "Thank you" at every single opportunity, you

will not believe your tomorrow. Deliberately thinking good thoughts is

exactly like planting seeds. As you think good thoughts you are planting

good seeds inside you, and the Universe will transform those seeds into

a garden of paradise. How will the garden of paradise appear? As your life!

Many people feel like they don't have any real control over their life and the circumstances that happen to them.



That could not be any further from the truth however.



You have complete control of every aspect of your life, and you do it with your thoughts.



Think to yourself and ask yourself "what do I worry about on a regular basis?"



This might bring out some fears and negative thoughts that you didn't realize you were having.

Once you realize them, then it's time to change that belief with a positive thought to counter that fear.



Keep that positive thought in your mind and the subconscious will make it happen.

Inspiration of the Day :)

Hello again to you Amazing, Positive, Motivating, Incredible friends

that I have, and for whom I am Incredibly GRATEFUL for. :)

I hope your week is Fantastic so far and that it just keeps getting better.

There are so many things that I am grateful for.

For instance, I am so grateful that MySpace was created, and even more grateful for the internet being invented and existing.

Without those two simple things that many take for granted, I would not have

been able to meet some of the most incredible people on the planet.

By that I mean you my friends :)

Many people try very hard to adhere to the principals of the law of attraction

as far as Ask-Believe-Receive goes.

Sometimes being grateful for what you already have gets lost in the shuffle of trying to manifest your dreams.

I am guilty of this at times myself.

With that being said, try to always be grateful for EVERY single thing and circumstance you have.

This is such a powerful feeling and source that will help you to manifest what

you desire so much faster.

Inspiration of the Day :)

The book The Secret is always such a good source of reference when it comes to the Law of Attraction.

Here is a little section of the book that pertains to giving and attracting more money into your life.



"Giving is a powerful action to bring more money into your life.
When you are giving you are saying, "I have plenty."
As you give away money, by the law of attraction,
the Universe opens up and floods money back to you.....mulitplied."



With that being said, make sure that when you give, that it's from a heart that is full of joy and love.

You have to want to give with joy, and the feeling of having more than enough.



If it feels like you are sacrificing, then you will be creating an opposite affect

and will be emitting a signal of lack and not enough.



So basically, if it feels good, then you will be attracting more to you.....if it feels bad, then you will be blocking more coming to you.

What's your end result?............................................

Many people want or desire many things for the "end result" that it will deliver them.

For intance, if I get this new car, I will be happy, or if all my bills are paid off

then I will feel great.

If you act "as if" you already have these desires, you will actually start creating

these happy emotions even before they are manifested.

This in turn will manifest what you desire even faster.

Be grateful for what you already have, and be grateful also for what is coming to you, and act "as if" you already have your desires......then BE HAPPY :)

I am always truely blessed to have all of my current friends and am happy and grateful for my future friends as well.

Inspiration of the Day :)

I had an idea for an experiment of sorts, to kind of see what kind of results and feedback I get out of it.

What I would like to do is to make things a little interactive for you my freinds

on this one.......Don't worry......it's not hard or challenging......Lol ;)

In the next day, try to send the graphic image below to at least one other

person you know who could use a little positive energy.

Now, don't worry, this isn't one of those silly chain mails where you will

have bad luck if you do not participate.

I am well aware that many of you are very busy, and may not have enough

time leave even one comment. That is fine with me.

However, if you do have the time to leave one or two comments on some of your friends sites, then please do so if you like.

One thing to think about when it comes to how much effect you have on the

world......even if you just send some positive energy to just one person, and that person is so affected by your gesture that he/she sends the same comment out

to many friends. Then it eventually spreads to thousands of people.

So all of a sudden, in the course of one or two days, you were responsible

for improving the mood and day of thousands of people just from you leaving ONE comment. How Great is that?!

Let's try it and see how it works.

Even if we only improve a few people's day, then it was still well worth it.

On the other hand, depending on how many people participate, your efforts could reach millions.........all from a small effort on your part.

Pretty incredible isn't it?.......................
